PC

Dad energy. Quote crisis unit. Certified Number 1 Fan.

PC underwater

The man, the myth, the suspiciously convenient initials

PC is the kind of friend who can ask for a simple favour and somehow hand you a business process, a voice note, an example PDF, a philosophical complaint about customers, and a mortgage calculation.

His only defence against AI was apparently "do not let it know that is a real name", which would have worked better if he had not spent the next conversation generating enough material for this page.

Evidence Collected From The Archives

Known Behavioural Patterns

Core Stats

Class Practical menace with spreadsheet tendencies
Special Move Turning "quick quote" into a full software discovery session
Weakness Sensible ETFs, unsent typed messages, and non-haunted Word docs
Threat Level High if holding a voice-note button

The Roast

PC heard "automation" and arrived with a Word document full of dropdowns, which is basically a cry for help wearing business casual.
He wants a quick quoting system, then explains six edge cases, three payment paths, multiple office users, and finally says the quote "doesn't need any of this information". Stunning. Requirements gathering by whiplash.
He is preparing for fatherhood by becoming even more practical. Baby's first word is going to be "principal" and her bedtime story will be an offset-account projection.
His social media support is aggressive. He called himself Number 1 Fan and meant it with the intensity of a man trying to unionise the like button.
His investment style is painfully responsible until comedy enters the room. ETFs are safe, single stocks are gambling, but a tax joke will get a full feasibility assessment.
He sends voice notes like other people breathe. Somewhere, a phone transcript feature is quietly filing for stress leave.
He tried to hide from AI by saying not to use his real name. PC, mate, the machine found the chats, found the photo, built the page, and still left out your surname out of mercy.
His friendship style is equal parts loyalty and administrative burden. He will hype you up, roast you back, ask for a custom app, and somehow make you feel like the unreasonable one for not already having it deployed.

Hall Of Fame Titles

The Quote Crisis Unit

Summoned whenever a simple price request mutates into a PDF, a template, and an office-wide therapy session.

The Offset Oracle

Can estimate mortgage impact from a casual bank-balance update faster than most people can open a calculator.

The Voice Note Offender

Fully capable of typing. Morally opposed to proving it.

The Like Button Bodyguard

Protecting Patrick's posts from neglect, one suspiciously fast reaction at a time.

The Guernsey Travel Agent

Not sure what Guernsey is, exactly. Still confident Patrick should go first and report back.

The AI Witness Protection Failure

Entered the archive under a nickname and exited with a public tribute page. Operational security: decorative.

Final Verdict

PC is loyal, funny, practical, and somehow always one sentence away from turning friendship into a product backlog. He roasts well because he can take it, and because half of the jokes are just direct consequences of decisions he made in writing.

A good mate. A dangerous voice-note user. A future dad with enough spreadsheet energy to make bedtime financially optimised.
